Birhanie Tessema is the Senior Director of Health Care Operations at RCM of Washington. He has over 17 years of healthcare experience and has held leadership positions in different healthcare systems. A native of Ethiopia, Birhanie, a Certified Developmental Disability Nurse,  is passionate about the field of nursing and teaching in general and has become an enthusiastic and devoted professional in the field of Developmental Disability Nursing. Birhanie received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Haramaya University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Gondar. He is enrolled in the ANCHOR Leadership Academy, graduating in April 2024.
